Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC) is the largest provider of community and center-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. We emphasize the importance of choice, the joy of work and the power of compassion. Now more than 60 years old, MARC enhances the lives of nearly 300 adults at five locations and at more than 100 community-based job sites.

Opportunities, Inc. is a Community Rehabilitation Program based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with additional locations in Watertown, Janesville, Beaver Dam, and Oconomowoc. Our Mission La Casa's mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with emphasis on the Hispanic population. La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. began in 1966 as History Builders, a small, high quality childcare center, whose goal was to create a smooth transition for children living in a totally Spanish-speaking environment, to the Public School District's English speaking environment. In 2013, over 40 years later, La Casa continues to grow, with a passion for positive change. Since 1966, La Casa has expanded and now offers five fundamental programs. Our Education Programs include a thriving Early Childhood Education and School Age Education Program for the children and youth in our community. Workforce Development provides comprehensive employment assistance to low-income people seeking economic self-sufficiency. La Casa Village I and II offers affordable and private apartments to low-income seniors and disabled individuals. The Weatherization Program identifies energy waste and provides cost-effective, energy saving measures and education to low-income residential households. La Casa Clinica specializes in mental health and alcohol and drug treatment programs. La Casa de Esperanza is a community-based organization committed to providing opportunities for those within our community to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with an emphasis on the Hispanic population. We believe that all children should have the support they need to succeed in school and life. But for some, things like poverty, family instability, abuse and neglect threaten that support. At Lad Lake, 95% of the youth in our care come from a family in crisis unable to support them as they wish; and most suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder and serious anxiety disorders. Here in our community, Lad Lake is the emergency room of the child welfare system. We provide kids safety, individualized therapy, and skill-building for independence. Whether it's support for foster kids, mentors for troubled youth, or a safe-haven for exploited and abused girls, Lad Lake counselors cultivate stability and self-reliance for more than 1,100 kids and their families every year. For eight generations, Lad Lake has prided itself on evolving to meet tour community's most pressing needs. Our experience tells us the best way to create long-term success is through proven programs that foster healthy relationships, strengthen families, and connect youth to community resources. In this way, we can see that kids get a second chance in life, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Creative Community Living Services is non-profit organization helping individuals to establish community supports that will preserve and enhance the dignity and rights of those who rely on others while seeking their own level of independence.

Founded in 1961 by Bob Terese and Corinne Owen, Lambs Farm was created based on a simple belief: All people should be treated with dignity and respect and people with developmental disabilities can lead meaningful and productive lives. They opened The Lambs, a pet shop on State Street in downtown Chicago, to create work opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, and to demonstrate that they can do a great deal more than most people thought possible at the time. In 1965. W. Clement Stone donated what is now the 72-acre farm with a century old barn that we call home. We now serve 250 participants. Most of them live at Lambs Farm in one of our nine group homes, in our 16-unit apartment building or in our retirement residence. Some participants live in the surrounding community in single family homes owned and operated by Lambs Farm. Other participants live at home with their families but commute to Lambs Farm daily to work and take part in our many programs. Many of our people are employed in the community while many more choose to work at Lambs Farm in a wide array of jobs available to them through our businesses, work center, administration, groundskeeping and more.

United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County (UCP) is dedicated to understanding disabilities, creating opportunities and promoting a community where everyone belongs. More than our name, you probably know someone who has been served by UCP. We provide programs and services from birth through adulthood to people who have autism, epilepsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury and delays in speech, mobility and development. We serve more than 1,600 children and adults annually across southern Wisconsin.
