The gas industry has spanned generations of the McCarthy family as their father Orland McCarthy sold his successful gas business in 1995. From 2003 MacCARB has expanded into other markets of hospitality gas needs, big bulk, industrial gasses and specializing in on-demand gas supply. Since opening our Lemont location in September of 2014, we have always focussed on keeping our beer and spirits clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. We feel our five flagship offerings best represent Pollyanna and take pride in their year-round availability (we package everything in cans!). Prairie Street Brewing Co. is a historic brewpub in downtown Rockford, Illinois producing handcrafted and locally-sourced food and beer. It is also home to many popular events such as Dinner on the Dock, Rockford Handmade Market, Ale Yeah Yoga, and the Elevate Palate Trip Series. The facility itself houses event and banquet space for weddings and corporate events, as well as office space, lofts and a 60-slip marina with boat gas.
