At McIlrath & Ech, I was an expert in the development of new construction and commercial real estate. I focused on managing and working in teams of 5-10 depending on job scale. This role required us to plan out project financials and order invoices for suppliers. By keeping track of the cost of materials and tools, we accomplished completing jobs in a timely manner. I recently created an airplane hangar proposal for the company to send to the city of Arlington that got approved for McIlrath & Eck to build. This also required making phone calls and communicating with city officials, electricians, plumbers, as well as steel structure companies in order to estimate costs and permits prior to building in 2020.
