Lakes Region Mental Health Center is a private, non-profit organization designated by the State of New Hampshire as the community mental health center serving Belknap and southern Grafton Counties. Founded in 1966, LRMHC provides comprehensive, integrated mental health treatment for people living with - and recovering from - mental illness and/or emotional distress. Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is a non-profit home health care agency serving individuals of all ages in 32 towns in Sullivan, Grafton and Merrimack counties in New Hampshire. We provide comprehensive home health care with a team of dedicated Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Licensed Nursing Assistants and Medical Social Workers, as well as compassionate end of life care through our hospice program, and palliative care for those navigating advanced illness.
