Performed acquisition analyses for three long-term acute care operators and recommended that one be acquired. Maintained financial structure when Triumph was acquired by SCCI Hospitals in Dallas. Managed office for six months until it was closed and financial activities were integrated into Triumph’s Houston operations. Helped company assemble its data room for review by prospective suitors. (Triumph was acquired by RehabCare in 2009.)
