We are the public library serving Norwich, Connecticut. We are a full service library. Our mission: "Otis Library provides free and open access to information, ideas, and services that anticipate our community’s personal, educational, and professional needs. The library enriches our region by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and by offering resources that promote lifelong learning."

*Supervisor and the contact person for the Nonprofit Resource Center. Teach Foundation Center grant database classes.* Plan and develop programs that meet the diverse needs of the community and provide an interactive library experience.* Update and maintain the library’s website and social media.* Develop and periodically update a marketing and publicity plan for the library.* Build collaborations and partnerships with diverse stakeholders and explore new ways to work together.* Maintain statistics, produce reports and provide other administrative assistance to the library director. Access reference department attendance, service and programs.* Responsible for proper screening and engagement of volunteers.* Library space management.* Plan and conduct classes on computer use and emerging technologies for the public and staff.* Proctor Exams.* Weed and update library collection.* Staff the adult service desk and assist patrons with use of library computers and devices.
