The mission of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is to protect animals, relieve their suffering, advance their health and welfare, prevent cruelty, and work for a just and compassionate society. The MSPCA-Angell believes that all animals possess intrinsic value, independent of their relationships to or use by human beings. Furthermore, the MSPCA-Angell recognizes that the lives of all creatures–human and non-human–are inextricably intertwined; that our actions impact them and our fate is linked to theirs as interdependent inhabitants of the same planet. Thundermist Health Center is a non-profit community health center serving three communities. We serve Woonsocket, South County (formerly the Health Center of South County), and West Warwick. Thundermist provides comprehensive health care services in order to meet the needs of each community....This includes: Primary medical care, by board-certified, full-time staff physicians who carry full hospital admitting privileges in our communities of service. Dental care provided by dentists and dental hygienists in our health centers and mental health services in a fully integrated model alongside our medical services. Plus, pharmacy services, through a partnership with CVS/pharmacy, allows patients to take advantage of Section 340B special pricing afforded by the US Public Health Services. CVS pharmacy offers dramatically reduced pricing to our patients at our in-house pharmacy in Woonsocket and at CVS pharmacies located in Wakefield and West Warwick. We also maintain a team of social workers who help patients to overcome the social barriers that keep them from good health and good health care. Through the efforts of our social workers, and in partnership with other community agencies, we provide: --Food assistance through our food pantries in each of our locations --Nutritional counseling --Psychological counseling --Social service case management --Extended support services to people living with HIV, home visits, patient education, and community prevention programs --Trans* Health Access Program

Thom Child and Family Services works with over 13,000 infants, toddlers, and their families throughout Massachusetts – providing critical Early Intervention and related services. East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation that provides a comprehensive array of health, behavioral, and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s east bay. EBCAP merged with East Bay Center (EBC), a state recognized Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and Integrated Health Home. Given that the two are recognized at the local, state, and national levels as premier providers, the transformation and merger into a single organization will greatly enhance the level of expertise and expand the breadth and depth of services that EBCAP can offer to the communities it serves. EBC has been licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH) and has been nationally accredited by the Joint Commission. It is also certified by the Department of Children, Youth and Families/Department of Human Services to provide outpatient services to children and their families. With this merger, EBCAP received provisional approval by the state as an Accountable Care Entity, an in-house partnership of medical, dental, behavioral health, and social service providers working together to create a shared culture of collaboration and transformation of the health care system. The ACE will focus on supporting high quality care, enhancing health information technology, and experiencing shared savings through agreements with major Medicaid providers, such as Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. EBCAP is proud to provide a full array of services including integrated family health, behavioral, and dental services; Head Start and Early Head Start; Women, Infants and Children; family development; Healthy Families America home visiting; the Parents as Teachers Programs; Heating and Energy Assistance; Victims of Crime Act information and referral services; and much more!
