Coordinated Care Network Pharmacy (CCN) is a 340B contracted mail order pharmacy that provides many services to eligible customers. CCN was founded in 1996 and was initially funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to establish the 340B Program. To date, CCN has serviced more than 150,000 patients and has dispensed over 7.5 million 340B medications. CCN is contracted with nearly 70 clients in 16 states to provide 340B medications.
