The Meadows Nursing & Rehab Center is a 130-bed, long-term care facility offering top rated nursing care, skilled therapy services and recreational activities delivered with respect, compassion and dignity. Our interdisciplinary approach incorporates all departments as a team to aid our residents with compassionate care and professional services. Our philosophy has always focused on our residents first. The Meadows Manor is located on the same campus as the nursing facility and offers support, security and freedom in a beautiful residential setting.
