Responsible for all aspects of day to day operations of Community Action Agency servicing a two county area with staff in 8 separate offices. Answer directly to agency Board of Directors. Responsible for hiring and firing of all agency personnel. Maintain positive presence in community, active on several community boards. Maintain relationship with donors, funders (local, county, statewide, and federal level), clients, and propagate positive workplace atmosphere. Responsible for reporting to State and other funders following Organizational Standards and ROMA guidelines. Responsible for agency’s annual Community Action Plan, 5-year Strategic Plan, and Community Needs Assessment. Participate in statewide network of Community Action peers.
