Rooted in the beauty and architecture of an historic home gifted by the Phillips family in 1938, Philbrook Museum of Art has grown to become one of the preeminent art museums across the central United States. Highlights of the Museum’s permanent collection include Renaissance and Baroque paintings from the Kress Foundation, one of the greatest surveys of Native American art anywhere, and growing modern and contemporary collections. The Philbrook main campus spans 25 acres of grounds and formal gardens, and features an historic home displaying the museum’s permanent collection, as well as a modern museum complex. The satellite location in downtown Tulsa showcases Philbrook’s modern and contemporary art collections, as well as the Eugene B. Adkins Collection and Study Center of Native American art.

A New Leaf’s mission is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities with life skills, marketable job training through horticultural therapy, community-based vocational placement, and residential services to increase their independence and individual choices. A New Leaf was established in 1979 to provide horticultural-related job training to adults with developmental disabilities. A New Leaf began with one greenhouse, one staff and served two individuals. By 1980 A New Leaf, grew to serve 13 individuals. In 1986, A New Leaf built its first 12,000 sq. ft. greenhouse and vocational training facility. Then in September 2013, acquired Homelife Association. Through the acquisition, A New Leaf began operating two group homes and providing 24-hour assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities living independently. Today, A New Leaf is honored to serve 325 individuals with developmental disabilities and autism through employment in five greenhouses, two retail centers, community job sites, students in the classroom, and individuals in residences.

Founded in 1918, Tulsa Boys’ Home began in a two-story house in downtown Tulsa. Leaders of the First Presbyterian Church and the Downtown Rotary Club were instrumental in its establishment. Its first two boys were found sleeping in trash boxes in an alley. TBH served more than 130 troubled boys from Oklahoma in its first two years. Each year, TBH delivers residential services to approximately 180 boys and their families. We serve 64 boys a day. In our 95 year history, many of these boys have learned to lead productive lives, and credit TBH for breaking the cycle of poverty, abuse, and neglect that is often passed on from generation to generation without help. Therefore, our good work is multiplied through countless families and the children of the children that once lived, and healed, at TBH.

Our mission is simple. We are a beautiful people-centered, life giving addiction treatment center in Central KY, where the overdose mortality rate has increased over 50%. We treat over 400 clients per year through our dynamic recovery programs that now serve both male and female clients. We do this by creating a safe and welcoming environment where persons suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) can find help, freedom and purpose for their lives.
