As the fiscal officer, I process and pay billing paperwork and prepare documents for audits. I am also responsible for preparing all financial documents for board meetings as well as yearly audits. At board meetings I must explain documents and their meanings about how certain items have effected or could effect the business in the future. It is my responsibility to prepare accurate and effective yearly budgets for SafeHaven, Inc. I process time and attendance and effectively administer payroll. Through the representative payeeship program overseen by Social Security Administration, I accurately keep track of roughly 80 clients weekly and monthly expenses.
