Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, (HIWT) dedicated to welding training and education excellence, is an accredited, nonprofit educational facility. Welding education is provided in hands-on skill training, corporate training, specialized training, certification and qualification, and Hobart Institute offers a full line of curriculum materials for schools and facilities that teach welding courses. Founded in 1930, the Hobart Institute is a single focus school of welding.
