*Bondtex, Inc., employing approximately 100 people, specializes in bonding substrates together through flame lamination and adhesive lamination processes for the automotive, medical, marine, footwear, aftermarket, commercial transportation, & intimate apparel industries.
*Manage overall compliance with recruiting and employee processes, provides interface for external agency communications with unemployment, training, and responding to employee inquiries pertaining to benefits, concern resolutions and overall employee relations in conjunction with management, and timely personnel transaction processing via utilization of applicant tracking and payroll systems.
*Conduct preliminary interviews, refers acceptable candidates for interviews; provides candidate information regarding pay and benefits; processes pre-employment criminal background, drug-screening, previous employment verification, and motor vehicle record checks per FCRA standards and company policy; negotiates and extends offers of employment.
*Consult with hiring managers to discuss position specifications, sources candidates to include direct sourcing and leveraging select vendor partners when applicable; manage all ATS on-line applicant system activities.
*Ensure timely and effective “on-boarding” of all new employees to the company; compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and processing of all new hire paperwork.
*Ensure legal compliance with various employment laws and regulations covering the areas of labor relations, wage & hour for all employee relation interactions and continued assurance when processing personnel transactions including terminations, status changes, new hires, disciplinary, and performance evaluation actions.
*Ensure the HR department remains compliant with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) regulations.
