Our facility in North Carolina, the heart of American tobacco country, services both domestic and international markets. Highland Brewing was founded in 1994 by retired engineer and entrepreneur Oscar Wong, establishing it as the pioneer of Asheville, NC’s booming craft beer industry. With a portfolio that is equal parts established and inventive, Highland is known for consistently excellent beer. Proudly regional, Highland is distributed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky. Highland is the largest independent family-owned brewery born in the Southeast, with the third largest solar array in an American craft brewery. The brewery is in a rehabilitated manufacturing facility on a hilltop, affording space for thousands of visitors to enjoy limited release beers, tours, and live music. In addition, the event center and rooftop can be reserved for private events. Since 2015, the company has been led by Wong’s daughter, Leah Wong Ashburn, and has 50 full-time employees.

Voted Top Craft Brewery by the readers of New Orleans Magazine! Faubourg Brewing Company was founded as Dixie Brewing Company in New Orleans in 1907. Hurricane Katrina decimated the brewery in August of 2005, forcing the company to relocate production out of state until Tom and Gayle Benson, owners of the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans, purchased a majority share of the business. On January 25, 2020, the brewery resumed full operations in New Orleans East and restarted production of its beloved brands, as well as a host of new offerings. Committed to making our home more united, strong and resilient for future generations, Dixie Brewing Company announced on June 26, 2020, its intention to retire the Dixie name from all wholesale sales in early 2021. Faubourg Brewing Company was announced as the new name of the iconic brewery on November 4, 2020. The Faubourg Brewing Company is completely locally owned and not affiliated with any national or foreign brewing conglomerates.

I am the Master Mixologist whom designs the tasting room cocktail menu and cocktail classes, as well as teaches the classes. I am the Bar Manager controlling all inventory, training, hiring/firing, cash handling, payroll, tip distribution and personalization of the guest experience. I am the Kitchen Manager whom designed the petite dining menu to accent the cocktail experience, inventory control, price index sheets for COGs, training, ServeSAFE certified, TIPS certified, cleaning and equipment maintenance. Finally, my last responsibility is Retail Manager, not only are we a cocktail bar/tasting room, we are also a Liquor Store for all our guests to purchase the spirits of their choosing from our portfolio.

Vines and Wine Inc. is a Corporation that has interests in Vineyards and Wineries. Existing business includes South Creek Vineyards and Winery in Nebo, NC. This winery grows, produces and mixes dry wines. Products include Chardonnay, Chardonnay Reserve, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Maestro (Signature blend).
