Gateway Hudson Valley is a non-profit organization in the Hudson Valley of NY dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they strive to achieve hopeful, satisfying, active, and contributing lives. We assist our community members in choosing, acquiring, using, and maintaining the skills and supports necessary to achieve success and satisfaction in their lives. We accomplish this through integrated vocational, therapeutic, residential, and business services.

The Passaic County One-Stop Career Center is a public non-profit organization under the auspices of the Passaic County, New Jersey Board of Chosen Freeholders. Overseen by the Workforce Investment Board of Passaic County, the majority of whose members represent the business community, the PCWDC seeks to empower individuals to gain productive employment.

HRC is a 501(3)c nonprofit organization based in Northeast Pennsylvania providing support and services to individuals with disabilities in Wayne, Pike, Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna counties. Established in 1973, HRC began as a passion project to serve an underrepresented group of the community by promoting inclusion and acceptance. Over four decades later, HRC has grown into a devoted institution of over 400 caring and qualified employees with a shared goal in mind: serve and support.

PARC is one of 55 chapters of NYSARC, Inc. (formally New York State Association for Retarded Children, Inc.), and is at the forefront in providing advocacy and programming for children and adults with developmental disabilities within the geographic region of Putnam County along with Northern Westchester and Southern Dutchess counties. Our competent and dedicated board members and staff are committed to working in partnership with children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in providing advocacy and comprehensive person centered services of the highest quality. We continually strive to promote and enhance opportunities for those individuals we support as valued members of our community. Our aim is to continue to fully integrate the children & adults we serve to into the mainstream of community life.

Every Family Has A Story… Welcome to Ours… Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is a private non-profit care management organization (CMO) dedicated to assisting youth with complex needs that include: emotional/behavioral, intellectual/developmental and substance use. We're dedicated to creating a pathway for hope. PCE utilizes a Wraparound model of care while working in partnership with youth and families to design and implement a plan of care that is specific to the youth’s individual strengths and needs. PCE is committed to keeping youth safe in their home, school, and community.

Circle of Care is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Passaic County multiple-needs children and their families. We are a Care Management Organization (CMO) that partners with families to design, implement, and manage Individual Service Plans for children with complex needs using both informal and community support. We believe in a model of care that is family-driven, culturally competent, and community-based. Using both formal and informal supports, we build on the strengths of the family and the community to enhance the quality of life for the children we serve. We strive to creatively discover existing or new resources for children with emotional and behavioral problems, and their families to ensure that services are responsibly delivered when and where they are needed, with documented results.

Loeb House, Inc. is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and is a Community Mental Health contract agency of Rockland County. It provides treatment residential services to adults living with a serious mental illness and possible co-occurring disorders such as alcohol and chemical addictions or chronic medical conditions.

Our nonprofit organization was founded in 1985 by caring families of young adults whose lives were impacted by severe depression and other debilitating mental illnesses. Our residential programs and support services were expanded in 2001 to reach homeless veterans struggling with mental health issues and combat-induced trauma. Today, Community Hope is the leading nonprofit in and around New Jersey serving needy veterans and at-risk veteran families. We are at the forefront with residential programs that provide a safe haven and essential services each day to hundreds of homeless veterans, aging-out youth and adults struggling with mental health issues. Since 1985, we have restored hope to thousands. Community Hope served more than 1,450 individuals last year, reaching more than twice as many individuals in just the past five years, including: - 1,300 veterans and their families rescued from homelessness compared to 507 five years ago - 160 individuals who continued their mental health recovery in our residential programs

Jewish Family & Children’s Services is a Human Services agency with three pillars of service. We are first and foremost a mental health organization, providing individual, couples, family and group therapy. We have specialized counseling available for children and adolescents. The second pillar is our Senior Department, with services including in-home assessments, senior care management, kosher meals-on-wheels and friendly visitors. We have specialized services and programs for Holocaust survivors. Our goal is to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. Lastly, the agency provides wrap-around services to our clients in the form of financial aid and advocacy. This includes an active food pantry, career services, camp scholarships and emergency financial assistance. We work with area agencies on behalf of our clients to help them find the resources they need to meet life’s challenges.

The Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ is the largest philanthropy in New Jersey and the eighth largest federation in the country, 126,000 people strong. Federation cares for people in need, builds Jewish life, and saves the world, one person at a time, every day. The geographic area served by Federation encompasses Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union, and parts of Somerset and Warren counties. The Greater MetroWest Jewish community has 74 synagogues, four day schools, and three Jewish Community Centers. We partner with over two dozen social service agencies and programs in addition to four international and seven partner communities in Israel.
