As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Northwest Essex continues to provide a consortium of coordinated behavioral healthcare services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use. In addition to providing the comprehensive set of services described above, Northwest Essex has developed relationships with healthcare providers in our area to coordinate services and refer consumers for services that Northwest Essex does not provide. At Northwest Essex, we serve all consumers regardless of pay type and residence. For over 35 years, we have been here for our local communities, providing care and support for families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease. Five years ago, we changed our name from Alzheimer’s Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter to Alzheimer’s New Jersey® to maintain our vital local focus as an independent New Jersey not for profit organization. Our Board made the difficult decision to disaffiliate from the Alzheimer’s Association in response to the Association’s decision to merge all independent Chapters into a single national corporation – ending local governance. We knew then what we know now – New Jersey’s 600,000 people affected by Alzheimer’s need an organization completely dedicated to them. The Interfaith Food Pantry Network is a community of neighbors helping neighbors, committed to ending hunger and promoting self-sufficiency. Through our community partners we provide food, education and resources to inspire confidence and hope to Morris County families in need. In 2018 we distributed 1.2 million pounds of food, feeding more 10,000 Morris County residents.

Founded on November 20, 1907, with 312 charter members, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce was created to grow the local economy. Regular events include monthly Contact Breakfasts and the ever-popular Business After Hours that highlights local venues and companies. The Chamber's Annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival marks its 31st year in 2022. In addition to working on behalf of its members, the Chamber supports the local community. During the Depression, the Chamber sponsored an Emergency Work Bureau supported by individuals and Poughkeepsie businesses. Today, we still provide help to those in need by offering a variety of programs through our Workforce Development Center. For over 4 decades, the Child Care Council of Westchester, Inc. has worked to make high-quality, affordable child care a reality for Westchester families. Part of a state and national network of child care resource and referral agencies, the Council links families to child care options, supports over 750 child care providers and programs with training, technical assistance and resources, and partners with the local community to build a stronger Westchester.

BACKGROUND The Housing Development Fund, Inc was established in 1989 as a nonprofit organization to finance the development of affordable housing. Today, with offices in Stamford, Bridgeport, and Danbury, HDF provides lending and homeownership counseling services. HDF’s service area includes the entire state of Connecticut as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, Putnam, and Westchester counties in New York and the five boroughs of New York City. With more than $120 million in funds under management, HDF encompasses programs for pre-development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and construction of affordable housing as well as down payment and closing cost assistance loans to low- and moderate-income families.
