Guiding Eyes for the Blind provides guide dogs to people with vision loss. We are passionate about connecting exceptional dogs with individuals for greater independence. The Hudson Valley Farm Hub is a non-profit center for resilient agriculture located on 1,500 acres of prime farmland in Hurley, NY. We provide professional farmer training, host and support agricultural research, demonstrate new farm technologies, and serve as an educational resource for advances in food and farming.

MISSION The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. This gives them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. The Arc of Litchfield County (LARC) is a 50-year old, nonprofit agency in Northwest Connecticut founded by families to support loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Guided by a vision of Community for All, LARC promotes individual empowerment, choice, respect, and dignity. On a daily basis, LARC supports 220 individuals with disabilities throughout Northwest Connecticut. Services include residential group homes, in-home supports, transportation, school to community transition, day support, and employment programs. LARC’s Social Enrichment program, funded solely by private donations and fundraisers provides critical respite and recreational opportunities for 120 such as group outings, social gatherings, and Special Olympics. LARC’s Camp MOE program provides an integrated day camp setting for 300 children to develop friendships, leadership skills, responsibility for self, and respect for others.

The Alliance for Positive Health (formerly the AIDS Council of Northeastern New York) is a community-based organization dedicated to improving lives impacted by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. For 35 years the agency has modeled client-centered care and provided skills to help those we serve make informed decisions. The Alliance for Positive Health is the preeminent provider of AIDS services in a seventeen county region in Upstate New York with offices in Albany, Hudson Falls, Hudson, Plattsburgh, and Schenectady. We work with individuals who face barriers to accessing health care and social services and strive to reduce health disparities. Our clients'​ diagnoses are often complicated by stigma, addiction, poverty, homelessness, incarceration or mental illness – and these are the factors which also place them at risk of infection with HIV, Hepatitis C, and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
