WDC is responsible for operating the revenue-generating businesses of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California. I developed and executed projects to enhance the operational efficiencies of our teams, benefiting the greater Washoe Tribe. Completed initiatives included business process improvements, the successful deployment of MS365 in the MS GCC Cloud, aiding in the EHR transition, and strategizing improved Teams deployment in the MS GCC Cloud for our Clinic. Additionally, efforts focused on expanding the multilayer deployment of SDWAN utilizing Fortinet and Vigilant Now. I successfully repurposed Dell and Lenovo servers to provide 24/7 high-resolution camera feed recordings at four locations. Emphasis was placed on continually enhancing our cybersecurity posture by leveraging both MS365 and our third-party SOC, along with training our user base. We maintained an average Secure Score for Microsoft Tenant of 93-97%. I managed multiple vendors for fiber and internet connectivity, achieving telecom cost reductions exceeding $15K per year across several locations and implementing a Teams Voice solution. Performed local network rework and addition of fully labeled, professional rack cabinets at all locations.
