As Co-CEO of Foley Entertainment Group and the Vegas Golden Knights, I led the business and operational strategies for the broader entertainment group. I worked closely with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and grow the hospitality business. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision of the organization while overseeing the daily management of operations, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Located in downtown Reno, the Pioneer Center is the premier performing arts facility in northern Nevada, operating continuously since opening for business in 1968. The facility is owned and operated by Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts, a private 501(c)(3) cultural organization established in 1988 to preserve the theater as a home for local arts organizations. Our mission is to cultivate exceptional performing arts experiences in our historic venue and throughout the region because we envision a community that is connected, enriched, and inspired through the power of live performance. As the stewards of a cultural treasure, we believe that we are all stronger together, education is fundamental to a thriving community, and that the arts are for everyone. The Pioneer Center houses a 1,500-seat mainstage proscenium auditorium, the 150-seat Pioneer Underground cabaret-theater, and the E.L. Cord Plaza which is also used for outdoor events and performances. We host productions by three resident companies: Reno Philharmonic Orchestra, A.V.A. Ballet Theatre, and Artown; as well as a variety of arts programs ranging from local student recitals to international tours. Since 1995, the Pioneer Center has presented the Broadway Comes to Reno series, bringing nationally tours of Broadway shows directly to our community. Managed a small-scale retail operation, trained volunteers daily to assist in operations, managed all cash and credit card transactions, and reconciled at the end of each shift to balance inventory and daily sales.

I was brought onboard to take this entertainment and event company's sponsorship and advertising revenue to levels that had previously eluded them. ➢ My first project was to find a Presenting Partner for the company's flagship 60-day holiday event, Glittering Lights. This drive-thru light show attracts over 250,000 people and has been named as one of the best places to see Christmas lights in the country by multiple media outlets, including USA Today and CNN Travel. My goal was to find a sponsor willing to make a significant financial commitment - 5x larger than anything they had been able to secure in the past. ➢ In order to entice sponsors, I updated our marketing plan, collaterals, sales deck, and fulfillment reports utilizing customer demographic information that I obtained through the creation of attendee surveys and focus groups. This armed me with valuable information for potential sponsors, and within 3 months, I secured a 3-year, $180K commitment - the company's largest sponsorship deal to date.
