Maintains utmost confidentiality, while providing excellent customer service to employees and management . Responsible for hire to term, benefit and compensation documentation, and maintain payroll data systems for all reports and filings. Fosters cost-effective office supply and service vendor relations, including the negotiation of agreements related to the purchasing of office supplies and services. Maintains all records for bi-weekly payroll through ADP, including the calculation of paid time off accruals and usage as well as insurance and other benefit deductions. Maintains labor/payroll records and employee files in accordance with state and federal law. Responsible for recruitment; drafts and places position vacancy postings. Responsible for application review and interviews in coordination with department managers. Enrolls employees in company benefit plans, following plan(s) regulations. Performs complex administrative duties, which involve exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Meets with employees to discuss HR issues. Documents and effectively communicates the issues. Coordinates company travel arrangements and enforces compliance within the parameters of the Company’s travel policy and guidelines including company vehicles. Responsible for company car leases. Coordinates company social events. Acts as Company Drug and Alcohol Policy Coordinator.
