Oversees and directs the administration of benefits and other human resources programs, including payroll, leave administration, workers' compensation, and site contracted medical staff. •Oversees and guides the implementation of communication and training with staff to ensure dissemination of site and Company information, policies and procedures. •Develops and manages staff engaged in managing and coordinating human resources activities for site.
