Our goal is to make our patient's final days, weeks, or months peaceful and comfortable. Our Lady of Peace Home Care is a not-for-profit home care agency serving all faiths. We provide peace and comfort to adults recovering from an injury, recovering from surgery, or illness in need of assistance. We provide a wide range of services, from therapies (pt/ot/st), skilled nursing, and wound care to medication management and palliative care.
