PossAbilities provides day services for children and adults with disabilities in Olmsted County. All of our services are designed to be community focused while being person centered and promoting independence. Channel One, Inc., the regional food bank and local food shelf, is located in Rochester, Minnesota. The mission of Channel One is to strengthen food access and build healthy communities with a vision that every community in our region is food secure. FOOD BANK: Channel One is a member of Feeding America, a national network of 200 food banks from across the country providing food assistance. This allows us access to millions of pounds of surplus food and grocery donations that we safely and efficiently collect, store, and distribute to those in need. We serve people experiencing hunger in 14 counties in southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin through a network of 167 food shelves, pantries and programs. FOOD SHELF: The Channel One Food Shelf provides food for people facing food insecurity in Olmsted County and offers several ways to help people get the food assistance they need. CSFP: Low-income seniors may qualify for a free monthly box of nutritious groceries through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), which is a U.S. Department of Agriculture program administered by the Minnesota Department of Health. Channel One is the local agency for 13 counties in southeast Minnesota.

ARSYS provides Supportive Services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and related conditions, as well as Emotional Behavioral Disorders. Responsible for supporting business owners, managers and clients in a diverse environment providing services to those with disabilities. • Assisted business owners, supervisors, and program coordinators with daily needs and tasks to efficiently maintain smooth operation • Answered, triaged, and directed phone calls • Distributed mail within the company • Maintained First Report of Injury/OSHA records • Maintained office supply inventory • Frequent and efficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Coordinated and executed company wide Holiday and staff parties/gatherings • Secretary of Training Committee where I assisted with company training programs that included mandatory Olmsted County training registrations to keep support staff up to date to provide services to individuals with disabilities • Maintained business related paperwork including personnel files and training records • Orient new hire paperwork and initiated onboarding for new hires • Completed background checks on new hires to assure a safe environment and caretaker was provided for vulnerable clients
