What is Aptiv? Aptiv provides a spectrum of innovative support through customized services for individuals with disabilities, age 3 through adult. Aptiv offers benefits counseling, behavioral support, job placement, community and in-home support services, residential services and therapeutic day programming to help individuals with disabilities develop the skills and confidence required to live more-independent and more-engaged lives. With guidance and support from Aptiv professional staff, individuals with disabilities develop the skills they need to thrive in the community. Aptiv operates facilities in Blair, Black River Falls, Janesville, La Crosse, Mondovi, Sparta, Tomah, and Viroqua — and provides services to individuals with disabilities in rural areas across 42 counties in Wisconsin. Aptiv is service, personalized. Every service we provide is in support of our mission, to provide a spectrum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live more independent lives. PossAbilities provides day services for children and adults with disabilities in Olmsted County. All of our services are designed to be community focused while being person centered and promoting independence. In addition, we act as support for families across Southeastern Minnesota who self-direct the care of their loved ones.

Channel One, Inc., the regional food bank and local food shelf, is located in Rochester, Minnesota. The mission of Channel One is to strengthen food access and build healthy communities with a vision that every community in our region is food secure. FOOD BANK: Channel One is a member of Feeding America, a national network of 200 food banks from across the country providing food assistance. This allows us access to millions of pounds of surplus food and grocery donations that we safely and efficiently collect, store, and distribute to those in need. We serve people experiencing hunger in 14 counties in southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin through a network of 167 food shelves, pantries and programs. FOOD SHELF: The Channel One Food Shelf provides food for people facing food insecurity in Olmsted County and offers several ways to help people get the food assistance they need. CSFP: Low-income seniors may qualify for a free monthly box of nutritious groceries through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), which is a U.S. Department of Agriculture program administered by the Minnesota Department of Health. Channel One is the local agency for 13 counties in southeast Minnesota.
