Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (formerly Health Delivery, Inc.) began as a very small migrant health clinic in 1969, when the Saginaw County Health Department received a $75,000 grant to provide health care to farm workers. Today, Great Lakes Bay Health Centers makes up the second largest of Michigan Health Center organizations. Over 50,000 patients a year receive a wide array of services such as such as medical, dental and behavioral health care in one of our 33 locations throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
