• Responsible for marketing and selling ferrous wire processing equipment in the USA & Canada, including but not limited to capital equipment sales, value added improvements to customers' processes, consulting, upgrades, and spare part programs.• Perform regular customer sales visits and organize requested equipment and upgrade proposals per customer requirements.• Translate customer requirements and system test results into engineering designs and specifications for factory personnel to build the ideal machine line for the application.• Tasked with the management, reorganization, and streamlining of the aftermarket spares parts sales system in order to improve efficiency and increase sales through improved service.• Promoted new business development initiatives through custom tailored spare equipment stocking programs to ensure efficient machine operation and an adequate, readily available supply of spare parts.• Created presentations and completely re-branded the company's logo, website, and marketing literature to better market products to a wide spectrum of decision making audiences• Monitor sales process from start to finish from proposal through installation.
