EGSA is the world’s largest trade association dedicated to On-Site Power Generation. EGSA is made up of manufacturers, distributors, consulting-specifying engineers, contractors, integrators and other member companies.

In my current role as Business Co-Owner/Executive Manager, I: • Function as the Co-Owner and Executive Manager for a reputable water treatment company in Mesa, AZ.• Coordinate and manage the business’s day-to-day operations and contribute to growing the company to a multimillion-dollar status quickly by handling over 30k customers statewide.• Handle the CEO’s daily calendar, expense reports, payroll, inventory, estimates, and invoices. Manage and support project schedules and completion times on multiple projects simultaneously.• Develop and maintain customer data accuracy, including contact information, invoices, equipment, sales records, and reports through the Quick Books platform.• Maintain all E&O, GL, Workers Comp, and Commercial Insurances compliance and bookkeeping. Also, develop experience in managing various social media platforms professionally.• Recruited a top-notch team of 5 full-time employees, overseeing all residential sales through phone calls. Develop an outstanding 5 Star Customer Service Rating.• Communicate effectively with customers, process quotes and orders, and collaborate with the Service Technicians team to meet customers’ needs.
