The Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire (BIANH) is the only state-wide organization in New Hampshire dedicated to brain injury and stroke support, prevention, education, and advocacy for survivors and caregivers. Each year we help over 1000 people in New Hampshire who have sustained one of the following acquired brain injuries: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) (e.g., physical trauma due to accidents, falls, assaults, etc.) Stroke Brain Tumors Aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation Concussion - mild traumatic brain injury Surgery Poisoning (includes alcohol, chemotheraphy, heavy metal exposure, neurotoxins Ischemia Pediatric brain injuries (i.g., Shaken Baby Syndrome & lead paint poisoning) Anoxic injury to the brain Meningitis, encephalitis, and infections of brain We are a chartered state affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA; BIAUSA.org) History The Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire was founded in 1993 by parents of brain injury children and teens, who came together to help one another and work to assure that needed services and support were available to New Hampshire citizens with brain injury and their family members. Today we remain a grassroots organization led by a dedicated teams of parents, caregivers, and professionals.

The Boys & Girls Club of Manchester has provided quality programs and services to the children of greater Manchester since 1907. The organization operates programs at several sites throughout Manchester with its main Clubhouse located at 555 Union Street, Manchester, NH. Services include a Before School Program, our Kids Club Program, After School and Transportation Program, Teen Center, Vacation Camps and Camp Foster Summer Day Camp. Our programs center on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles and Character & Leadership Development. Children in grades 1 through 12 are welcome. Fees vary based on grade and program. About CHAN: Community Health Access Network (CHAN) is the only Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) in New Hampshire. Established in 1995, CHAN provides health care IT, including the electronic health record, as well as, training/technical support for 15 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) including 3 Healthcare for the Homeless Programs. CHAN's focus is to automate the primary care health record. CHAN's systems include a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR), which supports over 130 providers and partner hospitals. The EMR also has links to reference labs and four hospitals. The EMR shares a common reporting tool with a rich data repository. CHAN also provides technical assistance and system services to local collaborators and consultation to peers at a national level.

For 40 years, Camp Sunshine has provided hope, joy and community through unique experiences for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. At our pristine campus on Sebago Lake in Maine, more than 60,000 children, siblings, parents, and caregivers from all 50 states and 27 countries have come together for fun-filled, year-round sessions with families just like theirs. And, thanks to the incredible support of donors and volunteers, our programs are 100% free. With a fleet of 36 lift-equipped buses and vans, 38 agency certified drivers and a volunteer program that involves more than 100 drivers, RTP serves over 6,000 people countywide each year, providing more than 2,000 rides a day to people who need to get to medical appointments, grocery shopping, work and other important places.

Located in the beautiful White Mountains region of Maine, Summit Achievement is a licensed residential treatment center, serving adolescent boys and girls, ages 13 to 20, from around the world. Our innovative, outcome-focused program combines the best features of a wilderness therapy program with the best features of a special-needs boarding school.  As an intentionally small, owner-operated program, we are guided by positive reinforcement and the power of choice. Through the process of engaging client-centered therapy with family inclusion, along with classroom academics and exciting wilderness expeditions, students experience the therapeutic benefit of outdoor adventure-based activities while learning to manage the demands of a more traditional environment.

Founded in 1986 as "New Hampshire Children’s Trust Fund,"​ a quasi-governmental organization, the agency transitioned to "New Hampshire Children’s Trust, Inc.,"​ a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in 2011.
