I am responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading university hardware and managing software images and image delivery on campus. I also provide technical guidance associated with the identification, prioritization, escalation and resolution of client issues by phone, email, and in person. I am also responsible to train, mentor and direct students hired to assist with the System Support function.

Located in Chicago, Illinois, The Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School (the O-School) is a therapeutic residential and day program for children and adolescents in need of support for profound emotional issues or who are on the autism scale. The O-School provides highly refined and individualized care provided by a talented and devoted team of professionals. The O-School uses a milieu treatment therapeutic approach, meaning the support of its students is designed to be all encompassing. All activities/events are seen as therapeutic opportunities, and every aspects of a student's day are given considerable thought, care and attention. Members of a treatment team—including teachers, therapists, counselors and program managers—work cohesively to create a consistent and meaningful experience throughout each day. The Center for Research Libraries (CRL) seeks to foster and advance scholarly inquiry through cost-effective, cooperative programs that provide reliable access through traditional and electronic means to unique and unusual collections of library materials that are in all appropriate formats, international in scope, and comprehensive in disciplines.

Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago (TTIC or the Institute) is an accredited computer science institute, dedicated to basic research and graduate education in computer science. Its mission is to achieve international impact through world-class research and education in fundamental computer science and information technology. The Institute is distinctive to the American educational scene in its unique combination of graduate education and endowed research. TTIC is located in Hyde Park on the University of Chicago campus and has a close affiliation with the University of Chicago Computer Science Department. An agreement between the University of Chicago and TTIC allows cross-listing of computer science course offerings between the two institutions, providing students from each institution the opportunity to register in the other's courses. Faculty and students enjoy full privileges of the University library system, athletic facilities and other services.
