Assist the Director of Services to Seniors with multi-million dollar budgets and program planning; development of grants and contracts; staff management; and responsible for the recruiting, development, and evaluation of its personnel. Supervise the Transportation division support staff and provide additional oversight for multiple programs as needed. Assist with the operations of the Transportation site and multiple Resources for ElderCare sites. Coordinate all aspects of human resources for Resources for ElderCare and Transportation (35+ staff). Services to Seniors division web administrator and responsible for the implementation process of our electronic health records forms/reports. Develop and coordinate bi monthly e-newsletter for the division.
