Hoosier Uplands is a local nonprofit agency based in Southern Indiana that serves as an Area Agency on Aging, Community Action Agency, licensed Home Health Care and Hospice agency, and Community Housing Development Organization!

The Boards of Directors of Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc., locally based non-profit organizations serving their communities for over 60 years each, have formed a strategic alliance in an effort to obtain operational efficiencies and strengthen both agencies. This alliance also ensures the continued provision of an array of quality support services to individuals with disabilities and communities in 30 counties in Southern Indiana. In this alliance, Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc. continue to provide their current services in existing locations with their current staff members while maintaining their present-day identities. RBR Alliance, Inc. has been created as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that serves as an umbrella organization for, and provides administrative, financial, development, human resources and IT support to both agencies. Dan Lowe, current CEO of Blue River Services, has been selected to serve as the CEO of RBR Alliance, Inc. with Bettye Dunham, CEO of Rauch retired as of August of 2019. The Board for RBR Alliance, Inc. consists of appointments from existing Rauch and Blue River Board members at the time of the formation of the Alliance.

LifeSpan Resources is a non-profit organization that connects individuals to resources, options, and services to remain living independently for as long as possible. Our Mission Statement: Promoting Independent Living for People of All Ages. Our Vision Statement: “LifeSpan Resources will be the key organization in Southern Indiana supporting independence and quality of life for all persons through advocacy, education and client centered services.” Clients include the older adults and persons with disabilities of any age. SCCAP's mission is to empower families and engage the community to pursue innovative and effective solutions to break the cycle of poverty in South Central Pennsylvania. With a robust history that has constantly evolved to fit the community's needs, SCCAP has helped bring healthy food to thousands of food-insecure families, provide shelter for hundreds of homeless individuals, help dozens of families move out of poverty, and so much more. SCCAP works with low-income families, donors, and community allies on a micro and individual level to help them achieve their goals to move out of poverty. These programs also enable us, at a macro level, to take what we are learning from families about the barriers that keep all families stuck in poverty and engage the community to help us identify and implement effective solutions.

Monroe County United Ministries (MCUM) has been providing social services in Monroe County since 1939. MCUM provides affordable childcare for working families and basic needs assistance to Monroe County residents in financial crisis. Our goals include preparing children for success in school, supporting parents in their efforts to maintain their employment and continue their education, preventing homelessness, feeding the hungry, and encouraging long-term self-sufficiency.
