Accomplishments: •​Streamlined payroll process for efficiency •​Updated employee history database with company employee personnel forms for accuracy. •​Reduced Workers Compensation costs by: Creating a safety manual Creating a safety program for implementation in 2017 Creating a return to work program Creating a monthly safety memo to increase awareness of various work related safety issues •​The company achieved immediate results from the safety memos that dramatically reduced the number of safety incidents and claims. The production of the aforementioned safety initiatives has positioned the company for a reduction in their experience modification directly decreasing their Workers Compensation premiums.
