From our in-house lab at our Meridian headquarters, our lab technicians and practitioners collaborate to modify castings, design custom bracing, and ultimately deliver devices that serve the unique and specific needs of our patients. From compression/mastectomy devices to custom prosthetics, our staff recognize the importance of delivering top quality products to our patients so they may return as quickly as possible to their daily activities.

Inside sales for the Rbi2 Suction Rectal Biopsy System. Worked with the Australian manufacturer of Rbi2 System to begin US distribution, increase sales on a yearly basis, and remain the US distributor for this product 6 years later. Accept all incoming customers calls about the Rbi2 System, train new and existing customers including pediatric surgeons and nurses and pediatric GI's. Attend annual Pediatric Surgeons and NASPGHAN meetings to do on-going promotion and training of products. Manage the distribution of additional pediatric product lines.Manage customer service department and oversee office personnel. Run administration reports and work with accountants to complete HR activities.Manage outside sales representatives relating to our Plastic Surgery product lines. Handle internal documents relating to sales commissions as well as various trade shows in the plastic surgery industry.
