Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) began in 2003 as a small, grassroots effort providing simple care and comfort items to the hospital bedsides of the first wounded service members returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. As their post-service needs evolved, so have our programs and services. Today, through our direct programs in mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care, along with our advocacy efforts, we improve the lives of millions of warriors and their families. This effort requires the passion and commitment of friends, supporters, and like-minded organizations that enable us to fulfill our mission. With their collaboration and support, we strive to ensure that when those who serve come home, they’re afforded every opportunity to be as successful as a civilian as they were in the military.

After a multi-year strategic planning effort focused on anticipated changes in the care of patients with advanced illness, the Board and executive leadership of Community Hospice & Palliative Care formed Alivia Care Inc. in 2020. The strategic intent of Alivia Care, Inc. is to provide a structure that will support the expanded mission and vision of Community Hospice & Palliative Care and prepare it to respond to changes in care delivery and reimbursement for patients living with advanced or chronic illnesses. Community Partnership for Children cares for over 1,400 children each year who are victims of abuse or neglect. We serve families and children in Flagler, Putnam, and Volusia Counties in Florida. We partner with providers and local citizens to restore families, support caring relatives, connect children with loving homes, and prepare adolescents for adulthood. Because every child deserves a loving home, Community Partnership for Children coordinates preventative and early intervention services that enable children to remain with their families. When a child must be removed from the family, we strive to maintain them in the least restrictive environment available, usually with a relative or in a foster home, until the child can be reunited with their family. Community Partnership for Children promotes sibling unification which enables brothers and sisters to share their lives together while in foster care. Community Partnership for Children works with many local providers to provide child protection. Our system-of-care overview shows the relationship between our partners. Through the efforts and involvement of the community, we are able to keep children safe and build strong families.

Health-ISAC (Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center), is a global, non-profit, member-driven organization where health sector stakeholders join a trusted community and forum for coordinating, collaborating and sharing vital physical and cyber threat intelligence and best practices with each other. Members use this information to extend their security operations team and to create situational awareness, inform risk-based decision-making and mitigate against threats. Membership is open to public & private hospitals, ambulatory providers, health insurance payers, pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturers, laboratory, diagnostic, medical device manufacturers, medical schools, medical R&D organizations and other relevant health sector stakeholders. The LJD Jewish Family & Community Services (JFCS) has been a vital part of the Jacksonville Community for over 100 year, lending a helping hand to people from all walks of life. JFCS was founded in 1917 as United Jewish Charities, and was known for assisting people in need with food and emergency shelter. The Agency is a charter member of United Way, having joined the organization when it was established in 1924 as the Community Chest.
