Morrison Meat Packers is a second generation family owned business. We have been passionate about making the best quality ham and sausage products for the last four decades. Passion Growers, founded in 2001 by Cheryl Peisach and Sam Ferrara, conceived the idea for what would become our company. Serving south Florida with quality bakery products for over 40 years. Cusanos Bakery has been owned and operated since 1966 by the Greco family. The current owners, Michael, Salvatore, and Santo Greco are fifth generation bakers. We carry on the tradition of baking quality breads that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our philosophy is simple: Consistently produce the best quality product possible, in addition to providing the best service in the industry, at a fair price. Our recipe for quality is more complex. We buy the best quality ingredients available, not the cheapest. The grain for our flour is shipped from North Dakota and is milled to our highest standards; it is the best quality flour you can buy. Our water is conditioned with a high tech filtration system and is chilled to imitate that of New York water. We do not use any preservatives in our product. Our employees are the next important ingredient. We have the most modern equipment available; however, our experienced and dedicated employees are a key ingredient to our quality. Over 60 % of our 120+ employees have worked for us for 10 years or longer. We have a very extensive bakery product list and currently make over 200 varieties of breads and rolls, some of which are still hand made today for that artisan old world quality that machines cannot produce. For large quantities, we can custom design products to exact customer specifications. With over 5 million dollars invested in equipment alone, our state of the art production facility has the capacity to produce 18,000 breads per minute, therefore we can satisfy any customers needs. We have a fleet of over forty trucks delivering fresh bread daily from Orlando to Miami including Naples. We deliver to over 2000 satisfied customers daily.

We are a family, and together everyone achieves more. We are a TEAM! Established in 1990, Alliance Dairies was the first DEP permitted dairy in North Florida. Today, it is the largest free-stall dairy in one location within the state, employing more than 120 people. Our Holstein herd consists of more than 5,000 mature cows and accompanying young stock. The dairy site is 1,600 acres, with an additional 4,500 acres owned or rented for replacement heifers and crops.

Developed programs to support internal brand initiatives through organizational transitions. • Full project responsibility, including concept development, presentations, vendor relations and negotiations, and production. Grew a single project opportunity into five projects and incremental revenue.

Some would say Mike's Pies got its start in Mike’s kitchen at home in 1992. His mom knows better. The real origin of Mike's business began three generations ago, when his Grandma Smith started a tradition that would no doubt make her proud. Mom’s recipes are the backbone of the award winning company. The real story goes something like this. Mike, a Florida boy playing linebacker at the University of Kentucky in the mid 70's, loved to eat...specifically loved to eat his mom’s pies. But he got tired of waiting to go home for the holidays to eat them, so he asked how to make them and she gave him a crash course on how to bake his favorite…Cherry pie. He never got tired of eating them, and today Mike still engages in quality control every chance he gets. When Mike settled down and got married in Tampa he started making pies and giving them as gifts to neighbors and friends at Christmas. After two years of friends and neighbors telling him “you should sell these” he tested the market by making the first pies out of the kitchen in his house. They were a hit and Mike's Pies opened up for business in South Tampa in 1992. The popularity of the pies grew, selling to a loyal following of customers as well as to the restaurant business through area distributors. As sales expanded, Mike’s Pies moved to a larger space to accommodate the growth in 2004 and again January of 2011. we are making another move in 2019 to 75,000+ sqf. Today, you just might be eating Mike's Pies in one of your favorite restaurants anywhere from Maine to Hawaii! As his company has grown, his pies have made their way onto menus across the country! But one thing hasn't changed: Mike's Pies commitment to quality and desserts made without adding fillers, preservatives, or other artificial ingredients. Currently, Mike’s Pies has laid claim to 13 National Championships at the annual "Great American Pie Festival"​, further proof ...we cut no corners at Mike's Pies...because as Mike likes to say...”there are no corners on Pies!”
