Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami builds and renovates safe, affordable homes for families in need. Our partner families work over 250 hours of “sweat equity” (volunteer hours) building their home and the homes of their soon-to-be neighbors. These families purchase their homes at cost and with a 0% interest loan. We engage people of conscience within our community by providing opportunities for both volunteer and financial support to accomplish the building of homes and communities in partnership with low-income families.

Broward Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. was incorporated on February 14, 1992, and is the leader in Maternal and Child Health policy and programming in Broward County. The Coalition receives funding from the Florida Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration and is responsible for the formation and administration of the Healthy Start system, which includes management of subcontracts for quality services to pregnant women and children birth to age three and monitoring services through quality improvement and assurance responsibilities and accountability.

Voices For Children Foundation, Inc. is a beacon of hope for abused, abandoned and neglected children and youth in the Miami-Dade County foster care system. We do this by providing critical support for advocacy, essential needs and positive experiences. Voices For Children Foundation, Inc. believes that support for children should not be a privilege. Our Vision is that every child in the foster care system has quality Guardians Ad Litem representation and fully centralized access to services and resources to meet their physical, social and emotional needs.

Located at 650 N Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lighthouse of Broward is the go-to resource for the visually impaired in Broward County. Our mission is to provide specialized rehabilitation, life skills training, and employment opportunities that enhance the independence, productivity, and dignity of children and adults living with visual impairments. Founded in 1973, we are the sole private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in Broward County offering comprehensive educational and rehabilitation services, along with counseling, to visually impaired individuals of all ages. Annually, we serve over 2,500 people. We're proud to hold accreditation from The Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER). Additionally, we are a valued partner agency of the United Way and an active member of esteemed associations like the VisionServe Alliance and the NonProfit Executive Alliance of Broward. With approximately 150,000 visually impaired individuals in Broward County, primarily due to the attractive retirement appeal of the region, we stand as a vital support system. Our services are delivered on-site at our Fort Lauderdale campus, remotely through phone or video conferencing, in the comfort of homes, and within various community locations.

SOS Children's Villlages - Florida is a foster care neighborhood providing healing, hope and home to foster children in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Our residential cul de sac is made up of 12 houses that are home to an average of 74 foster children between the ages of 2 - 19. The size of our Village enables us to take in sibling groups, brothers and sisters who are normally separated while in foster care. From the moment a child arrives, our Village provides home, stability, caring staff, therapy, tutoring, life skills classes, and case management to help them overcome the abuse and neglect of their pasts and grow up to be responsible, productive adults. The SOS After Care program continues to provide assistance, a place to turn to for help and advice to our foster children after they turn 18 and are considered independent adults. Our alumni are always a part of our family whether they are asking for guidance and help or simply coming home for a visit or to celebrate a holiday.

To guide those aging out of foster care and other vulnerable youth for successful transition to independence through housing, education, employment, and system of care coordination. Our Vision: That no youth travels the road to adulthood alone.
