Supervisory responsibilities include implementing the organizations policies and procedures, interview, and hiring, training and evaluating staff performance. Ensure continuity and enhanced services for adults with disabilities receiving Supported Employment, Supported Living and Personal supports in the community. Facilitates contracts, grants and programs compliances as required by licensing and funding for Home and Community Based Waiver, Vocational Rehabilitation and other funding entities. Oversee timely submission of documents required by each program to ensure program guidelines are met. /oversee financials and grants for maximizing funding. Significant community experience, partnering with community resources through referrals.
