I provide leadership, direction and coaching to Retail Branch Operations, Virtual Services and Member Support Center, through Regional Managers and Branch Managers, to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met. Work to improve daily operations, member service, teamwork, and uniformity. Drive the deployment of productivity and efficiency initiatives. Support development to all employees and build a pipeline of future leaders. Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated staff, sufficient to meet daily demands.
Represent the Credit Union in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations, suppliers and at charitable events. Participate in community affairs to increase the credit union's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Develop and maintain business partner relationships with the community and area schools by calling on potential SEG's and coordinating branch participation in community activities.
I monitor retail operating results and ensure appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions. Ensure all servicing channels are in compliance with all regulations and Credit Union policies. Assist the Chief Retail Officer in developing long-range plans by effectively evaluating the efficiency of the branches and develop specific recommendations for improvements to personnel, facilities, policies, and processes. Review sales results regularly and make recommendations to correct deficiencies by identifying issues, opportunities and strategies to course correct.
