Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland is a non-profit organization that enables seniors homebound people to eat well and remain in their own homes. I gained a significant sense of familirity with coffee roasting and was able to automize their entire pre-existing system. Finally, I designed a comprehensive business operations manual detailing every daily, weekly, monthly, and annual task to be completed by business owners/ managers.
