The AGC of Colorado is Colorado’s leading professional association for the state’s commercial building industry, representing over 500 firms. CMCA has over 650 companies with more than 105,000 employees who are either involved or associated with trucking within the state. The membership consists of trucking operators as small as a few trucks to those such as UPS and YRC who have thousands of trucks throughout the country. Our members come from all sectors of the industry whether LTL, truckload,construction haulers, fuel transporters, oil field operators, ag transporters, truckstops, household movers etc.

Since 1967, the Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council (CBHC) has served as the membership association for Colorado’s statewide system of community behavioral health providers. CBHC member organizations are the backbone of Colorado’s public behavioral health safety net, working to ensure all Coloradoans have access to quality, community-based services tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each community. In order to continue to provide care and enhance services, CBHC also acts as an advocacy organization at both the state and federal level to ensure the continuation and expansion of care across our state. The Denver Public Library Friends Foundation raises funds and provides advocacy for the Denver Public Library. We support programming for children, adults, immigrants, refugees and our most vulnerable community members. After school programs, summer enrichment and technology education are all a part of the work we support at Denver Public Library. We also help with renovations at our many branches, as well as collection development in the world renowned Western History and Genealogy Department.

Since our founding in 2008, The Civic Canopy has initiated productive dialogue and created effective collaborative processes so communities can drive positive change.

Blue Spruce Habitat for Humanity is the local foothills affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. We serve the mountain areas of western Jefferson County, Clear Creek County and parts of Park County up to Kenosha Pass and assist low-income families building and buying their own homes. Blue Spruce is a locally run organization started by twelve volunteers in Evergreen in 1990. Today Blue Spruce has hundreds of volunteers who contribute thousands of hours a year. Like all Habitat affiliates, Blue Spruce is a locally based organization that depends on local funding and volunteers to build our homes. We also operate our Habitat ReStore in Bergen Park to help fund our program. We have built forty homes since our inception. Our current homes are being built in Evergreen and Empire, with additional lots in Idaho Springs.. All Habitat homeowners are local residents, living, working, attending church and having children in school here in our mountain community. They include day care providers, school bus drivers, wait persons, housekeepers, carpenters, hospice aides, preschool teachers and others.
