The Industry Business Council serves as the chamber of commerce, representing the interests of more than 3,000 businesses in the City of Industry in the San Gabriel Valley. The Industry Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1962. In January of 1970, the Chamber expanded to include the Industry Manufacturers Council (IMC) whose members and officers were comprised of representatives of business firms located within the City. In 2018, the Industry Manufacturers Council transitioned to the Industry Business Council (IBC). The Parkview Legacy Foundation was created in July of 2019 by the sale of Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center (a non-profit hospital) to AHMC (a for profit hospital group). With the sale, the state of California required that the proceeds of the non-profit hospital be put to use for the benefit of the community through the creation of non-profit public charity or private foundation. The Legacy Foundation is the result of that transaction. With the funds endowed to the foundation, we are honored to invest back into the local community with a broader scope of ensuring the equitable probability of wellness through social determinants of health.

Abound Food Care provides solutions & facilitates collaboration with public, private & non-profit sectors to guide & support the implementation of regional food care programs that optimize the supply chain to end hunger & food waste. Abound Food Care became a Standalone 501c3 NFP Entity January 10, 2022. In our 8 year history, we have successfully supported the recovery of over 100 million pounds of food to people in need. This food would have otherwise gone to landfills & created methane greenhouse gas.
