Former real estate interests included apartments, office buildings, warehouses and retail space.
• Located buyer and negotiated sale of Guam based industrial gas manufacturing and distribution plant to the Guam Shipyard.
• Negotiated successful sale of liquid petroleum gas distribution division to South Pacific Petroleum.
• Reorganized treasury functions, saving $350,000 per year in administration and interest expense.
• Valued the assets and managed the due diligence process for the bid on Exxon’s divested Guam assets following the ExxonMobil merger.
