Orange County Head Start, Inc. was established in 1979 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency. Orange County Head Start, Inc. is funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services throughout all of Orange County, CA.

Our Mission: PACE is a community development corporation that creates economic solutions to meet the challenges of employment, education, housing, business development and the environment in the Pacific Asian and other diverse communities. The Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) was founded to address the employment and job training needs of the Asian Pacific Islander communities. With an initial grant from the City of Los Angeles, PACE was created to offer job training and job placement services to its constituent communities. In 35 years, as its program and management experience broadened, the agency realized that the employment and job training needs of these communities could not be adequately addressed simply through the provision of job training and employment services. PACE thus sought to expand its services and job creation programs. Today, its scope of services includes workforce development, housing services and development, business assistance, environmental services and early childhood education. It is headquartered in the central Los Angeles area but there are field offices in other parts of Los Angeles City, San Gabriel Valley and South Bay. The agency has a workforce of over 450 employees who are multi-lingual and multi-cultural to meet various needs of its constituent communities.

Founded in 1969, the Resource for Education, Advocacy, Communication, and Housing (REACH) is a private, non-profit organization that supports individuals with a variety of lifelong disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down’s syndrome and related medical and/or behavioral disorders. Our history of achievements is the result of strong community and family support and an organizational culture that continually seeks to remove barriers and change the limiting cultural stereotypes long associated with this population. REACH currently serves people in the Southeast Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and North Orange County areas.

Since 2003, Movember has built a global men’s health movement, funding more than 1,300 projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men. Movember has taken on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide.
