Meritan, Inc. is a regional non-profit based in Memphis, TN that seeks to fill unmet needs in the communities we serve. Friendship Community Care, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing services to children and adults with disabilities. Founded in 1972, FCC has grown into a statewide care provider by merging with and acquiring over 50 health service programs across the state to provide a wide variety of community-based care options for individuals navigating life with a disability. Services within FCC's facilities include Pediatric Therapy services, Outpatient Therapy services, Arkansas Better Chance program placement, Rural Healthcare programs, Supportive and Community employment programs, Waiver Support services, Adult Day Program services, Behavioral Health services, and Special Education reform efforts in partnership with regional school districts. Friendship Community Care, Inc. also partners with Area Agency on Aging, as Arkansas'​ state-appointed managing organization for senior care. FCC provides management and expansion for AAA's Senior Wellness Centers, Meals on Wheels programs, and low-income Residential programs state-wide.

The Institute of Community Services, Inc. (ICS) was established in 1966 to provide comprehensive child-development services to children and families in Northwest Mississippi. ICS has Head Start centers which are NAEYC accredited, centers which are permanently structured, and partner centers with local school systems and local childcare facilities including: Head Start in 20 centers in 13 counties of Northwest Mississippi Early Head Start Office of Children & Youth (OCY) child care certificate program Head Start with blended services in public elementary schools, and services with child care centers. ICS is a private nonprofit organization with management staff in Holly Springs, Mississippi, and an area of Mississippi known as the Golden Triangle. ICS operates 20 centers in 13 counties, serves 3,639 children and families, and has more than 800 employees. We use the team approach to management and have teams at every center. At the central office level we have four teams; family and community partnership, early childhood development and education services, field services, and program management and design.
