UnitedBuilt Equipment is a manufacturer & leading nationwide supplier of water truck spray systems for various applications. We build our UnitedBuilt tanks from the ground up, starting with A36 sheet steel (or 304 2B stainless if specified) with a minimum thickness of 3/16” (or 7-gauge if stainless). Depending on the customer spec, shells are rolled either to a modified ellipse or a modified trapezoid with a radius bottom, yielding the desired volume distribution &/or rearview visibility. All shell seams are welded 100% on both sides. Our tank design properly distributes the forces of hauled water evenly throughout the vessel. Toward this, we install curved bulkheads, which match or exceed the shell thickness. All contact between heads & shells is welded 100% on both sides. To suppress fluid surge during stops & starts, according to capacity & dimension we baffle our tanks with the appropriate number of ported & curved lateral steel sheets. Internally, our tanks contain no unbaffled chamber exceeding 1700 gallons. As with bulkheads, all contact between baffle & shell is welded 100% on both sides. UnitedBuilt tanks of 2700 gallons & above are reinforced with a full-length belly plate, effectively doubling the bottom thickness of the tank. Bottom runner skids are fully welded to the bottom of the tank for a precise interface to the chassis frame. Between truck frame & tank runner, a vulcanized rubber wear pad diffuses stress & surges even further. Our specifications do not merely meet industry standards. Over years of quality manufacturing, our specifications have become the standard, offering not only the safety of design but durability so stout that United Truck can confidently offer a limited 5-year tank construction warranty. We can supply the chassis, or tailor a system to a truck the customer provides. Beyond that, if we are supplied with clear transmission and axle information, we can build any uninstalled tank spray system in kit form.

Florence Copper is a unique in-situ copper recovery project in Florence, Arizona that will create close to 500 jobs for Pinal County and $68.4 million in local tax revenues for the Town of Florence. Not a mine in the traditional sense of the term, Florence Copper is an in-situ (in place) recovery project that seeks to dissolve copper minerals from an underground deposit by introducing water with a lowered-pH (making it slightly acidic). This low-PH, water-based solution dissolves the copper and allows it to be pumped to the surface through a continuous loop water treatment system. Florence Copper is currently operating its Production Test Facility and advancing in the permitting process for commercial operations.
