Recent research from Lensa, a job search and insights platform, determined the 10 best states for young professionals joining the workforce. The list was formulated based on data such as average starting salary, job availability, living costs, and social events. A "Hotspot Score" of 10 was assigned to each state. Due to the low rents and reasonable costs of living, Kansas, Nebraska, and Ohio scored at the top of the list.

States like California and New York, which have highly urbanized cities, did not make the cut. These areas are more challenging for up-and-coming professionals due to their high rents and competitive employment markets. To read the full article, click here.
