New Healthcare Co. Wants Better Data and Knows How To Get It

Forbes recently published a piece on Andrew Herr and his vision for the company he founded called Fount, which aims to develop a data-centric, holistic approach to health and wellness. 

Herr believes that too much medical data is based on insufficiently large sample sizes to accurately reflect the larger populations and also questions the representative nature of the populations in the first place.

To resolve these issues, Herr intends to aggregate data from thousands of instances of comprehensive human blood work in order to customize individual health profiles and provide recommendations that take lifestyle factors such as mood, stress, and sleep into account, as well.
