Ziprecruiter has analyzed internal data and confirmed that the past year has seen an explosion in the amount and type of employee benefits offerings that are being included in job postings, with mentions of benefits exceeding previous all-time highs.

For example, about 25% of jobs are now offering retirement benefits, and an increasing number are including specific reference to student loan repayment/tuition assistance, PTO, parental leave, and even healthcare.

This phenomena seems to result from employers enhancing their employee benefit packages (and better advertisement of those benefits) as a means to stay competitive for talent in a still tight job market without adding too much more upward wage pressure and exacerbating inflation.
