The International Workplace Group released a survey that explored women's opinions about hybrid working and how it has affected their careers, producing some really eye-opening results.

Perhaps most interestingly, almost 3 out of 4 women reported that they would seek employment elsewhere if their employer did not accommodate hybrid schedules.

Further, approximately 2 out of 3 respondents believe that not only had they experienced less bias in the workplace as a result of hybrid-work, but also that hybrid work had positively affected their career path overall.
